Branch 2500 meets the 4th Wednesday of each month from September to May at 1:30 pm at Log Cabin Museum, 7910 Polo Park Crescent, Saanichton, B.C. The exception is January, which will not have a monthly meeting and December, which will have a special meeting event that will be on a day other than the 4th Wednesday.

This Branch has been active since 1999 and has enjoyed a great variety of exciting special events and thought-provoking presentations through our monthly meetings and other events in our community.

It has been my privilege and honour to serve as your chairperson since 2006. Now it is time to move on and welcome new volunteers to lead Branch #2500. 80% of your hard-working & dedicated volunteers on your executive board are not seeking re-election. They have all served for long periods and deserve relief. Elections for volunteer executive positions will be held at the November meeting, and I encourage each of  you to consider serving on the branch executive.

Let us take the opportunity at this October meeting to plan the future direction for the Peninsula & Gulf Islands Branch. Please plan on attending and take part in the decisions to be made to assist the ongoing success of our local branch.

Please remember to bring your own mug for coffee or tea!

$25 for members, $35 for guests, includes meal, beverage, tax and gratuity.  Tickets can be purchased at the October and November meetings, or email bcgrea2500@gmail.com by December 1, 2026.

Membership Dues

$25.00 per primary member, $15 to add a spouse/partner.   Due on January 1st of each year (unless by automatic pension deduction). Please forward cheque made payable to “BCGREA” to the Treasurer.
