George has been practicing Taoist Tai Chi for 28 years and has been an instructor since 2014. He will demonstrate sitting and standing tai chi. Fung Loy Kok Institute of Taoism has been offering training in the Taoist Tai Chi arts in Canada for 55 years. Taoist Tai Chi originated in Taoist monasteries in China and was brought to Canada by Master Moy Lin Chin who was a Taoist monk. Park in the lot and make your way over to a small red barn which is called Barnes Station. We will marshal there then walk out on the Goose trail for 30-45 minutes, turn around and return to the parking lot. We can meet back at the Station lot for our usual get together and snacks. There are many other trails and routes to explore but we’ll keep it simple. A nice walk through the woods. Dress for the weather of the day.
