The Slesse Room at Evergreen Hall
Are you nearing 80 or 85 and wondering about driver assessments? Then you will definitely want to attend our FREE in person workshop!

However, drivers of any age are welcome to attend, and everyone will find the workshop helpful. You will learn about RoadSafetyBC's Medical Assessment and ICBC's Enhanced Road Assessment. These assessments help to determine whether people can continue driving.

Langley/Surrey Branch 2100 Outdoor Walk
Langley/Surrey Branch 2100 Outdoor Walk
May 23, 2026 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
The Glades Woodland Garden, 457 172 St, Surrey, BC V3Z 9R3, Canada
This is a beautiful park in South Surrey featuring over 3500 Rhododendron bushes in various stages of bloom. Our visit last year was very enjoyable, and we are making this a must do each year. Trails are bark mulch, mostly flat but do have a few very small, short inclines to navigate.
Date & Time: Saturday, May 23, 2026 at 10:00am Location: 457 172 Street, Surrey Cost: Seniors (60+ years) $6.05
Note: Tickets go on sale April 7th at 12 noon. Purchase early to secure your spot. The park opens to the public May 2rd and closing June 28th, and is RESTRICTED to the weekends, so pre-sale tickets (mandatory) go quickly. If you are interested in joining us, please purchase your ticket online for May 23 – 10:00 am. If you have difficulty purchasing a ticket online you can email membership.branch2100@bcgrea.ca and they will connect you with someone that can assist by purchasing your ticket along with her own. Ticket purchase is limited to 6 spots per order so she can’t order more than that, hence book your own ticket if you can. The park will not allow Walk-ins on the day of the tour so booking well ahead is important to secure your spot.
These are amazing gardens and can be viewed on the video tour at https://www.surrey.ca/parks-recreation/surrey-parks/park-features-amenities/display-feature-gardens/glades-woodland. This site will also lead you to ticket sales.
