Topic of Discussion: Memory and Aging
Presented by Estelle from the
Seniors Health and Wellness Institute
The discussion will include information on how memory functions and how it changes as we age. She will provide tips for managing and improving memory as well as information about seeking help as needed.

Membership Dues
Dues are $25.00 per year for the primary members, $15 additional to add a spouse/partner, due on January 1st (unless on automatic payment from pension). For cash dues, please forward your dues to Central Support through the electronic payment options in the e-invoice.
