Public Service Pension Plan (PSPP) Dental Eligibility Letter

Canadian Dental Care Plan proof of eligibility

Retired members who receive a request from Health Canada to provide proof of eligibility for the Canadian Dental Care Plan can use a Public Service Pension Plan letter instead of completing the Health Canada form. The letter does not require a signature and can be submitted directly to Health Canada.

Retired members can download their letter through My Account:

1. Sign in to My Account
2. Select Statements
3. Select Canadian Dental Care Plan letter
4. Save or print a copy
5. Submit the letter to Health Canada

This service is available only to retired members who waived or cancelled dental coverage with the Public Service Pension Plan before December 11, 2023.
