The Western Communities Branch 2700 has invited our branch to their upcoming walk/hike:

Fort Rodd Hill and Fisgard Lighthouse National Historic Sites
Wednesday August 19th, 2026 – 1 PM

Free entry to this national treasure. Fort Rodd Hill is a 19th century artillery fortress, home to many interesting displays including Fisgard Lighthouse, which is the oldest lighthouse on the west coast. We will meet up in the parking lot in front of the entrance, at 1PM and explore this fun place for a couple of hours. Staff are dressed up in historical outfits and can be engaged in conversation. When we are finished walking, we will set up camp at some picnic tables in the parking lot. Bring your drink of choice, snacks will be provided.

If you plan to join us on the walk, please email Dale Chandler at director1.branch2700@bcgrea.ca to let him know you are coming. We will contact you the morning of, if for any reason we need to cancel.

Membership Dues

$25.00 per primary member, $15 to add a spouse/partner.  Due on January 1st of each year (unless by automatic pension deduction). Please forward cheque to Central Support or pay online through e-invoice.
