The start of Autumn and a new meeting location for us! We are happy to announce that we will be meeting on:
- Tuesday, September 10, at 1:30pm
- at Monterey Recreation Centre, 1442 Monterey Avenue
- Our Guest Speaker is Guy Dauncey who will be speaking as the co-founder of the West Coast Climate Action Network.
Guy is the founder of the BC Sustainable Energy Association and also co-founder of the Victoria Car Share Cooperative. He is a climate activist, organizer and the co-author and author of numerous books.

We welcome Jane Dewing of Changing Places, a certified Professional Consultant on Aging, who can help seniors declutter their personal space or assist them to downsize with care and thoughtfulness.

It’s time to prepare for filing our 2023 personal income tax returns, and helping us answer our questions is Lance Vaillancourt, Benefits Outreach Officer of Canada Revenue Agency.

We started 2024 off with a presentation from Constable Berle Zwaan, Liaison Officer of the Saanich Police’s Community Engagement Division. She will be speaking on Fraud Prevention, how to protect ourselves and our loved ones by staying ahead of would-be scammers and fraudsters.
