This year, we are excited to offer both in-person attendance at the Monterey Recreation Center, Bamboo Room,1442 Monterey Ave, Oak Bay, and online participation via Zoom. The doors will open – both physical and virtual at 1:15 pm.

All board positions are up for election, and we have nobody running yet for Vice Chair, Communications Chair, or Social Chair.
If you haven’t already done so, please RSVP by October 6th to victoriabranch@bcgrea.ca, with subject line: Oct 8 AGM so that we can confirm your attendance as refreshments (coffee, tea and sweets) will be served.
Street parking is available in the streets around the centre, there are three parking lots – under the Monterey building access off Hampshire Road, in front of the building/library on Monterey Ave and across the road from the building on Monterey Ave. Parking is at a premium so if you can share a ride to the meeting that would be great.
On another note, tickets to the Christmas luncheon at Chateau Victoria, Vista 18, on December 10th will be available for sale at the AGM, please bring a cheque or cash.
